Well...did I have a successful weekend??? I know inquiring minds are just dying for me to answer that question! ;)
I ate a healthy breakfast on Saturday and worked out at Curves and I did 10 minutes of free step on the Wii last night. That's about the extent of my healthy weekend. I did not make healthy food choices. I pretty much ate whatever I wanted and barely tracked anything because I either wasn't at home or it didn't come in a nice little package with nutritional information printed on the side. The number on the scale was up a bit this morning, but I know that I did NOT go over my calories by 7000, so I did NOT really gain 2 lbs.
So anyway, it's Monday and I'm back to planning my meals and eating healthier. I've had 3/4 cup of low fat yogurt with 1/4 cup of raisins for breakfast. I'll be having a frozen meal for lunch. And I should be able to workout at Curves tonight too.
Here are my goals for the week:
Monday - Workout at Curves & drink 8 cups of water
Tuesday - Walk 40-50 minutes & drink 8 cups of water
Wednesday - Workout DVD & drink 8 cups of water
Thursday - Workout at Curves & drink 8 cups of water
Friday - Workout DVD & drink 8 cups of water
Saturday - Workout at Curves & drink 8 cups of water
