Day 36! End of week 5! The start of week 6!

Last week was not my best week! I was really lazy and didnít put in the work!! I can be honest with myself here right? So I wasnít excepting anything great when I got on the scale this AM. (I am not losing my mind SP yes I am down -4 from last weigh in BUT I was 270 on Wednesday 13th) DONíT GET ME WRONG I am down -23lbs so I am very excited about that!!!
Confession time: Friday and Saturday I went over on my calories. I think I had too much time on my hands. I did make healthy choices. I didnít go out outside of my diet so I guess that is a plus. It really helps to only have FOOD in the house that I can eat, so when I go on these rampages I only have fish, chicken, grapes, apples etc to overeat withÖ
Ok on a more positive noteÖ.. I START BOOTCAMP TODAY!!!! YAYAY! I signed up for this 5 week outdoor boot-camp classes. I donít have a clue what I have gotten myself into but I really think I need it, because I have been slacking big time on my activity level. PLUS I got a great deal on the classes through living social only $20 vs. the $129 normally!!!
So I am ready to push myself and see what I am really made of ha ha!!! I canít wait to see where I am in 5 weeks!
I will update you guys after my first sessionÖ
My goal this week is to reduce my sodium intake!!*** Because I have been pretty careless in that department!
I am changing my life and it feels so darn EXCELLENT!!!
