Turns out my motivation/energy was in his lunch bag! I was able to cook dinner, no ravioli, but... maybe this week. We had a pretty good weekend. I had a job interview/offer (in the works) on Friday, shopping on Saturday and went to the in laws on Sunday.
Although I only exercised 1 day last week for a total of 45 minutes, I managed to drop 2.5 pounds. I'll take it!
This week I will do better! I will do my 250 minutes plus strive to make up the 205 I skipped out on last week. That's just 1 1/2 hours a day. Should not be a problem!
Better stop wasting time and get to it!

    The past is the past do not make up for it now. Strive to make thus week work. If you exceed it then great! Do not go overboard with the extra minutes from last week.have a great week!
