Turns out my motivation/energy was in his lunch bag! I was able to cook dinner, no ravioli, but... maybe this week. We had a pretty good weekend. I had a job interview/offer (in the works) on Friday, shopping on Saturday and went to the in laws on Sunday.
Although I only exercised 1 day last week for a total of 45 minutes, I managed to drop 2.5 pounds. I'll take it!
This week I will do better! I will do my 250 minutes plus strive to make up the 205 I skipped out on last week. That's just 1 1/2 hours a day. Should not be a problem!
Better stop wasting time and get to it!
