I am starting to see my weight creep up, so one of my goals is to drop back down to my lowest weight (156), which is one pound short of my goal weight (155).
To reach my goal I am determined to work out more consistently, including adding yoga to help with my body awareness and flexibility. I am hoping that yoga will help my shoulder heal as well.
I will continue to track my food, eat healthy, and keep up or increase my water intake.
Lots of motivation and support is always appreciated.
