Hello!
Well I didn't even post a workout blog for last week if that tells you how productive I was..haha.
My goals are pretty simple this week and the ingredients for a good week.

-Friday- did PC3
2. Healthy lunches

Monday- 10:30..had to watch the Bachelorette
Tueday- 10:45- had to unwind after my run but that is still better than I was doing!
Wednesday- went to bed at 10 but couldn't sleep so watched a movie until 11
Thusday- went to bed around 10 but couldn't sleep. Maybe because I took a nap instead of doing turbofire..woops :)
4. Water!!
I drank my 2 bottles of water everyday this week!
5. Follow up on thyroid check
That one might need a little explaining. When I got on the scale and had gained yet another 5 pounds I was justretty depressed last week. I was talking to my mom who is a nurse and she found my 40 pound gain in 2 years really odd. I have been exercising the whole time and I don't eat bad. So she told me to call te doctor and have both my thyroid and sugar checked.
We both feel something isn't right about tis whole thing. I see people on here all the time that eat wee and exercise and lose weight. So we will see what happens.
I'm also giving up the scale again. I want to lose fat and gain muscle which doesn't always lead to a loss on the scale. Scales are pretty much the devil. They make you wreck e progress you were making bc of what they say.
Ok I had better go to bed..push circuit 1 on the morning agenda!
*edit 6/20*
I'm having an awesome week! I've basically been doing 2 workouts a day. Cardio at night when I strength train in the morning and last night I went on a run despite my heel. It held up pretty well and I went 2.44 miles. I'm almost to my 100 mile goal!
Somewhere on spark I saw a post that said "I'm not on a weight loss mission, I'm on a fat loss mission" and that really helped me. It doesn't matter what the scale says. I am making progress when I workout and eat healthy. I am making progress when I drink my water and go to bed earlier (which I'm loving by the way). And I'm actually seeing quite a few changes in my body already. Perhaps I just needed to "up" my workouts.
Hopefully now that I have some momentum I can carry that until July. I might still get my thyroid checked. I clld the doctor & left a voicemail. The nurse then left me a voicemail and everytime I try to call her back it's busy! So I might try a couple more times but it's really kind of annoying.
I'm looking forward to this weekend. My friend Laura (wedding I'm in 9/22) is having her bridal shower this weekend! Should be really fun. I'm either going to rest or go to centergy tonight if I get supper done in time.
Have a great Wednesday!
