So last week I wasn't a very good sparkie. I didn't exercise (due to a sore foot) and I bought and ate junk food. I was sick at myself for doing that but once I get started on that road it is hard to turn around.
Enough is Enough!
Today I put on my new walking shoes
and did a 3 mile power walk with hand weights and I felt great.
I planned my menu for the week and I prepared a good healthy meal for supper.
I need to keep on track for when I do I feel better and have more energy.
