Monday: 30-45 mins workout
Wednesday: 30-45 mins workout
Friday: 30-45 mins workout
Workout days: eat 1400 cals
Non-workout days: eat 1200 cals
Candy, Ice Cream, Coffee: only Fridays (Fat Kid Friday)
Log food and exercise in a notebook that is always with me.
This will be my plan for 3 weeks.
July 8th will be the next plan.
First weight goal: 10% aka 23lbs
Starting weight: 229.8 (still need to to measurements)
