This evening for Father's Day, our sons are taking their dad out for dinner at a local bar/restaurant that has amazing hamburgers and fries. I could, of course, have a salad but some of the salads have a million calories and I really, really want a hamburger.
So, I planned ahead. I went to the website and checked out the menu and decided to have a kids burger and the small order of fries with it. I'll have a salad first to fill me up some so I don't overeat but I'm going to have what I want. I'm just going to plan the rest of my day around that so I don't overeat on a daily basis.
Eating healthy takes a lot more time that just shoving stuff into my mouth but I'm worth it.
