I'm sitting in the sun, on my back patio, trying to get going on my "to do" list for the day. It includes things like work on the scrapbook for my daughter, go to the Farmer's Market down the road, take the dog for a hike....

All of them fun, all of them relaxing, yet I sit here perusing the SparkPeople site as if I had all day. Oh, wait, I do have all day, huh? It's a sunny Sunday and I'm doing whatever I want!
