Today is Sunday - start of a fresh week. Already seeing the effects of my lastest trip fade away - (my feet are no longer swollen and the water weight is coming off). Actually looking forward to my weekly weigh-in on Tuesday.
EPA extended a deadline - which has taken the pressure off - but we are still trying to get things wrapped up by the original deadlines. Just am not facing the long nights now. Which should help the stress and other things.
Even have fitness goals for the week - today will play with one of my horses for a little while getting ready for a clinic tomorrow - and then spending about 3 hours at a clinic - should be fun.
My husband got my mountain bike ready for me to use - so I have to take at least two rides while he is gone - planning for Tuesday and Thursday am. Will see how that goes - and we will ride on Saturday to the Farmer's market. (Which will extend my ride with him on the tandem.) Leaves only Wednesday and Friday - with not a firm plan - but we will see where we are. Need to take my 3-minute step test to see where I am at.
Planning the week's food plan as well. Know exactly what for tomorrow - and today - but need some additional planning - got lots of veggies for entree salads this week - but need just a bit more planning.
Should be a good postive week!
