Week 6 was a week with many Challenges and I struggled with the eating one again but I am doing better getting enough in each area fats / carbs protein i can most days stay in the calorie limits.
thanks to the cleaning challenge i have be getting my water in and exercising in some days i counted my yard work and I will post a picture of the finished job tomorrow.
the cleaning challenge was great I now have clean cupboards in the kitchen
enjoyed as I always do meeting and making new Friends on the summer team. I just found out I am one the third place winners this week
what ta nice treat and encouragement to keep Sparking along . JHope this is the week I will say Good Bye to the 160 's that means 20 pounds less of me !
And we are off to week 7 wonder what challenges we need to complete for week 7
