Just spent 2 1/2 hours grocery shopping and choosing healthier foods. Lots of veggies and fruits for snacks. Time will tell how we do with this. I'm so craving the old foods. I hope I get past this soon. It's driving me crazy! If I don't have it in the house I'm much less likely to eat it. But that doesn't stop my body from wanting it. Refined carbs are so hard to kick. (sigh)
