Day 5 Boot Camp Video

This is a video of me doing Day 5 of the 28 Day Boot Camp Challenge just to show you what it is like. I'm on Day 19 here.. third week of it. This is a floor mat routine with bridges and single leg bridges and single leg lowers, hip adduction and abduction. Not always a flattering angle on the video, haha! But hopefully you can still see what it's like. I bet you can do it, too!

    I just finish the 28 day bootcamp. I am stronger and I can take 2 flights of stairs easy.
It improve my fitness level.

    Thanks, Sweetie! Almost didn't post it with so many butt-views and messy room views, but eh, whatever. I think it's good for people to see some bigger people doing the videos, too. I'd be their model! I just need a clean space and camera set up properly to do it. ;)
