This is a video of me doing Day 5 of the 28 Day Boot Camp Challenge just to show you what it is like. I'm on Day 19 here.. third week of it. This is a floor mat routine with bridges and single leg bridges and single leg lowers, hip adduction and abduction. Not always a flattering angle on the video, haha! But hopefully you can still see what it's like. I bet you can do it, too!
