I bought my Nutrition Fitness Specialist course today. I am so excited! My etextbook won't be available to me for another 1-2 days and I am itching to get started. I haven't had reason to read a college textbook in over 15 years. I feel like I used to feel at the start of the semester :-)

Still not sure where this is leading.... but this is definitely a step ... towards something..... different.
