cereal w rice milk and fruit - 6 pts plus
1/2 c pinto beans and
vegetables - 4 pts plus
1 slice homemade
bread - 3 ounces - 6 pts plus

2 small cookies - 3 pts plus
w coffee

1/2 c pinto beans and
vegetables - 4 pts plus
strawberry shortcake - 4 pts plus

The strawberry shortcake points came from the cake (3pts) and 1/4 c non dairy whipped topping (1 pt) - the strawberries had no sugar on them, just berries, so counted as zero points.

The pinto beans and vegetables were actually a quick soup I threw together from leftovers.

Total points = 27
Total allowed = 26 to 29

Anything else I might eat until dinner will be zero point veggies or fruit.
