MY BMR: 1798.25
MY DAILY CALORIC NEED for being lightly active(to maintain my body weight): 2472 per day and 17304 per week.
Therefore, in order to eliminate 7000 calories (2 lbs) per week, I need to eliminate 1000 per day. So my total daily calories is: 1472. I will aim for around 1500.
If I bump up to moderately active then my calories are 2787/day and 19511/week. Which makes daily nearer to 1800/day. This looks better to me, so I will strive to get little workouts in throughout everyday.
