I sit here and wonder why I have put on so much weight over the years. Some reasons I lean to are Stress, poor eating habits, laziness, not active as I used to be, of course all the aches and pains that have seemed to happen over the past 10 years or so have added to the active part. Not being around my horse for a year or so has really been a big excuse. Seems as though I'm always tired and cannot get moving like I used to. Having willpower to turn away from some of my favourite foods is also something that is to blame. Also I have been Out of control with a lot of issues in my life not just my body.
There is one area that I seem to keep coming back to is SparkPeople. So as I try and get the issues in my life straightened out My Body Is the Number 1 area that I will be focusing on. I have a few goals that I will be working towards. ACCOUNTABLE is the key word for me. For so many years I have never held myself accountable for my weight!
This is not going to be easy for me but I know that all the SparkPeople out there are in or have been in the same boat. This Social Network has been a positive place for me that I always come back too.
So BODY LETS GET IN CONTROL
