--how somedays 30 minutes of exercise takes a lot more concentrated effort than other days. Our weather has been extremely humid for about three days now and my arthritis is not liking it a bit. Even "my want" to has deserted me but I got them done and I feel like a champion!

The weather really makes a big difference in how our bodies react to exercise and even to our "want to" workout.
Have a great Sunday!!

You even can feel the humidity when exercising inside in "climate controlled" environments! emoticon

I know what you mean. I have had to break mine up in little pieces today as I am tired, it is hot outside and I just want to be lazy. But I made myself get on my bike and felt so much better afterwards.

I exercise at a time for me. Plus I tracked all my food today and I didn't even hit my calorie goal as I was not that hungry.UGH

Sometimes it really is a struggle and other days a breeze. You're right about the weather making a big difference. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
