I've been doing Spark People for 3 weeks tomorrow and lost 5 lbs! I'm excited to see where the success will take me. I've been making healthy food choices, and it's becoming easier! I now find that I would rather choose something to eat that's healthy rather than not. I'm not as tempted by sweets as I have been in the past. I have given up soda (except for Zevia, and all natural soda with 0 calories an no artificial sweetners, once in a while). I've been going to the gym 4 days a week successfully, getting up at 5am Mon, Wed. Fri and Saturdays when I'm able (I know I won't be able to do every Sat, and when I do, it's above my calorie burning goals). I'm trying to stay on track and motivated. I've been feeling so good! My husband tells me I'm a nicer more patient happier person. I now look forward to just taking walks, going to the beach or just being active. I feel like a new happier me. I also haven't been feeling as depressed or anxious as I have in the past either (I've been diagnosed) and am hoping to get off the medication soon.
We're all in this together, WE can DO it. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!
