Vacation Day = Vacation from Diet

Yesterday was not my best day for nutrition. Being out on a bus trip I realized ouch gotta plan ahead. First off it was a Hardee's Stop for Breakfast... ok not too bad a 210 calorie Breakfast Wrap.. I can live with that. Lunch on a luncheon cruise.. ok maybe not the best foods, but I kept small portions... Till the dessert came out, ok a small scoop of Chocolate Mouse and small square of Raspberry Cheesecake, I've been good for a month yeah I ate it. But then Supper stop was... McDonalds.... again a month nothing I got a small fry and a small order of spicy mcBites.
Ok I splurged a bit yesterday... do I feel bad? Only slightly, not so much because of the eating but because the last few days have been too busy to hit the gym. I think I still showed a lot of control. Use to be it would be a Full meal for breakfast, HUGE portions for lunch and Jumbo size for Micky D's (with a Soda which i've been free of for over a month). So Moderation is my new key :)
