It has been a stressful week. My work is putting me back on the horrible afternoon shift from 1230- 6:30 Where I don't get to eat until I get home and never get bathroom breaks. They used me to clean the classroom and get it ready for a big evaluation we had this week. As soon as it was over they are closing my classroom due to low enrollment and moving my kids to another room where I work afternoons. YUCK. I am still upset and frustrated by this. I was so happy I was going to see more baseball games and see my other son's football games in the fall.
I did overeat some last night and I should not have. I was doing so good most of the week. I am going for a jog/walk this morning to help clear my head and de-stress.
Here is my goals update
June 2012 Goals
Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (donít just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise) - I am low one day on this one
Take one active rest day per week - DONE
Do Strength Training 3-4 times a week -- Will do ST today so met this
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day ---done
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism---
Done last night
Less Snacking after dinner. Limit to one snack--- getting better at this but still need to work on it
Apply for at least one job per week - DEFINITELY DONE --The biggest motivator to find a new job is having a crappy one right now!
