A little bit of crazyness.
Eating has been mostly good - with a few slip ups here and there.
Workouts have been good cardio wise, but not so much on my other planned workouts. I'm about to make that better though!
So I need to go back to my week 2 plan - and start with deck of cards workout.
I'm checking in and I'm still alive. :)
