Not happy with myself this week ! Some of my choices were not good ! Last night dh wanted to eat at this restraunt all the fish you can eat on fridays with fries and coleslaw for 7.99 so we did . I had planned on getting a egg homefries and toast because i knew i had to get weighted today and sodium does a number on me but i was weak and ordered a texas tenderloin ! Ate 1/2 brought the other half home but the msg in the meat got me ! not only that we have ate fast food all this week almost everyday ! i usually got a chicken wrap at 350 calories or a hamburger same calories and ate 5-6 of dh fries but thats not healthy and i am burned out on salad ! I have decided to start eating a side salad and then eating at home because i can't eat like that and lose weight ! He says i don't need to lose anymore but my bmi to be at 24.9 i have to weigh 145lbs and i weighted 155.8 today so i want to lose some more . I am turning things around today i have been working to hard to get where i am to quit now ! I can do it ! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND DON'T GIVE UP ! YOUR HEALTH IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR !
