The weekend at last!

I'm glad it's Saturday. I have some things to do, but it's good not to have to go to the office. The dog is curled up beside me, not actually sleeping but waiting for me to get finished on the computer ... at least that's what I think is going through his mind. I've yet to get dressed for the day. Up earlier than usual due to an 8 a.m. phone call; I have to get back into an earlier schedule anyway, since my husband goes back to work on Monday and he'll be getting up at 6 a.m. again, and I want to be able to see him before he goes to work! I am very happy about my 4.3 pound weight loss in my first week back at SparkPeople, but I realize I have to sustain that motivation and stick with the basics that work.

I'm off to start my day. Hope all is well in your world!
