The day begins...

So I really wanted to stay in bed,it's been a rough week and as much as I don't want to admit it I am getting older, not so sure about wiser, but definitely older emoticon Managed to keep to my goals yesterday, so to day we will again set them , water, steps and veggies! simple enough I know I can do it, must not let lifes challenges sway me fro that part of this journey. So simple feeling the urge to nosh, drink a glass of water, pop a veggie or dying for something sweet, an apple just might be the ticket.

Off to a training session today, usually I don't mind , but it was a rough week for me and I have to admit I'm dragging, got my coffee ready and gps set so off I am a going! emoticon

Hope your Saturday is filled will many good things, my the challenges be fun, and my you have many smiles! Always remember we can do it !

    I like the daily, simple, doable goals...today I'm with you on this today. After the four day visit from Josh I did put on a couple of pounds, but happy to say today (although it is not my weigh in) I no longer have those extra pounds....what it took was veggies, water and fruit....love this time of year with all the fresh ripe sweet fruits available.
    Hope your day is going well and that you have some fun and take time to smile back at those who smile at you.... emoticon
