I jut can't seem to stay on track. I haven't lost any weight in about 6 weeks. I had a big birthday party, lots of visitors and a bad car accident, but still. I just need a kick in the pants.
I ask myself what is the payoff for my current behavior? I am not happy at this weight I have everything to gain, especially when I cross into the 120's.
I am exercising, but not going all out. I am eating ok, but could do better.
