Week 1 eval of June Baby Steps

1) Tracking my weight, down 2 lbs! WOOT!
2) Tracking my food. Yikes, only 2 days. There was a third, but something went wacko trying this on my iPad.
3) Nope still no ST. I will be trying this tonight or tomorrow.

This coming week I will be more conscious of my tracking food (at least putting it on paper) if I can't get on the computer. Then I can add it later.
ST I know I need it, but I still haven't made the time (it's after 10pm, still haven't gotten home to cook dinner & don't have a clue what to make). I want to roast some veggies, there's a start.

    Wow! 2 lbs - pretty cool. Sounds like you're doing something right. I'm trying to stay caught up with my June challenge but I better get busy. I'm getting too far behind.

Have you tried doing just 5 minutes here and there through the day of ST? Sometimes we get the idea we have to carve out 30 minutes or an hour and do an entire routine, but with ST we can break it up. Pushups, squats, calf raises, and more can be done just about anywhere with no equipment - each taking 5 or so minutes.
