If there is something I can do in my life, it's research. I can browse the internet until my fingers bleed. My problem though, is putting all of my research together fluidly. I've never been one to follow directions well and I kind of plow through things until I have a SNAFU or it turns out the way I intended, kind of like a scenic route. So, I'm going to put together my own workout plan and all the fool-proof workouts out there be damned. I'm an individual so why not take the different workouts I've researched and found throughout my research and create my own workout plan that benefits me? I don't have to do everything by the book as long as I'm happy with the results. I'll post my final product as soon as it's done for those lucky ones who are good at following directions! emoticon
