Okay.... on day 5 of my streak....
Feeling fine... sore but fine.
I burned about 4000 calories from working out this week. Today I took a "Recess" class which is like a kickboxing/martial arts type of class with stations and sprints and .... owie! Lots of sweat! LOVED it!! I am so lucky that I love to workout and I am even luckier to belong to an awesome gym!
Now, I just need to focus more on eating healthy. I've been allowing myself too many treats this week.... which won't help me to lose weight. With as many calories as I burn.... I could really drop the pounds if I get my eating more in line. We have my step daughter and her mother coming in from North Carolina tomorrow morning ... and they will be here until Monday morning (we are so excited!) ... They like to eat healthy which is a good thing...
This week I will continue my workouts and focus more on eating healthier.
