to Sparkpeople. I have not yet met my goal, but am well on my way at 23 lbs down since November 5th. Each time I look at the scale I feel
. If I go off track on my eating habits or slack off on my excercise I review my spark info and tell myself "Get back to your goal"
. Tomorrow I will participate in a 5k
. It will be a beautiful day.
