Day #4 of 100 Days to a Healthier You Challenge

Done with Day #4! Here's how well I did today:

1. Reading the Word - AM & PM (Working on it!)

2. Praying Without Ceasing (Goal Met! Yes!)

3. Being Slow to Answer & Quick to Hear emoticon Still Working On This!

4. Ceasing From Anger & Forsaking Wrath emoticon Still Working On This!

5. Eating an Apple a Day (Goal Met! Yes!)

6. Cutting Down on Sugars & Carbs emoticon Did Better Today!

7. Filling Up on Cooked Veggies, Salads & Water emoticon Getting Better!

8. Exercising 10 Mins 3x's a day emoticon emoticon

9. Logging On to SP/Updating Trackers & Blogging Working On It!!!

10. Doing Something to Encourage & Inspire Others emoticon emoticon

It has been really frustrating trying to log on everyday with my somewhat slow computer, but I'm determined to complete this challenge! Today was a good day, but I'm looking forward to tomorrow being even better!

    If I were doing that challenge, I would have to be really working on 3 and 4 since my DIL has been rather abrupt with me lately -- of course, I have to realize it is part of their separation and really has very little to do with me.
