I know, I know, do it, don't blog it! And I will, in about 20 minutes. I have to let my lunch settle!
The boyfriend took me out for dinner last night, and I splurged a little. We had some bread to start, and I had 3 of the 8 pieces (they weren't big). I left about 1/3 of my main, which I just ate for lunch. My main was vegetarian, so that cuts the calories. I didn't realise the main was vegetarian until it got to me, so it was a happy accident. I had one alcoholic drink and then switched to water, and we skipped dessert at the restaurant and got McFlurries instead. I know that doesn't sound much better, but at least I know how many calories are in a McFlurry!
Now I am changed into my gym clothes and ready to go. I'm not feeling up to cardio, but I'll do my weights program. Obviously if I'm not feeling well at any stage I'll stop and come home. I need to get it back into my routine. I haven't had a whole week off exercise all year, and it has thrown me off my axis a little!
Next week I am busy. I have courses that go until 5 and 5.30pm on Monday and Tuesday. My brain shuts off at 4.30pm sharp, so this should be interesting.
Anyways, time to go to the gym!
