I hope everyday can be like today.
This morning I ate a pretty healthy breakfast, and the went off with my sister to our first Aqua Yo-Lates class. It's an hour long class that combines Yoga and Pilates in the pool. It was a lot of fun, and I was able to do moves and poses that I'm sure I could never do on dry land.
After class, we watched a movie at my house, and I had a healthy lunch, with fruits and veggies even. After the movie, we then went to my parents house and took the dogs for a walk. The walk ended up being an hour and a half long! While it was at a slow pace, that's still the more walking than I've done in a long time.
Needless to say I'm pretty exhausted (and I think I got a sunburn), but I'm exhausted in a pumped up feeling good about myself kind of way. So if I can make every day like today, or even just do half of the good stuff I did today, than I know I can achieve the goals I've set for myself.
