My personal challenge was to Spark everyday and blog everyday on sparkpeople.
This is my first day and it didn't went very well. I did my best by drinking a lot of water. But I had chicken wings for diner and I stuffed myself. I didn't even like them!
You know what it is... It's very hard to say no, because I've got the feeling that if I say no, I will miss out on something. But I'm not! The only thing I'm missing out on is my weight loss!
Since May 1st I've lost 5kg! I want to loose more!
It will happen, it's on me when.
Tomorrow I'm running a 5K and I will be eating the right things again.
I hope I run around the 40 minutes or even under it! We will see!
JUST DO IT!!!
