Good Friday Sparkfam!!
I got up this morning and got a good 30min step aerobics workout. I wasn't really scheduled for that I was supposed to do 30mins of Zumba. I just didn't feel like rearranging the whole house to do it. Its much easier to just do step aerobics and be done.
I need to be doing another hour of cardio after the Wednesday that I had. I ate so much food, no let me rephrase, I ate TOO MUCH JUNK FOOD!
I mean, I did well with fruits & veggies throughout the day but when I got home....Oh boy!! I had a fish filet, fries & sips of coke. Then I moved on to ice cream because my son didn't make it back in time with the food. Then I had some red vines & then I thought you are ruining it for yourself! This is on top of the breakfast lunch & snacks. I had to STOP!! I got up the next day & did Boot Camp. I only intended to do 30mins but after the 3000+ calories, I need to even it out. I also, deducted food for Thursday which was unnecessary & just monitored myself. I mean, I am making progress, soon I will be able to go out in my tank tops without a cover up.
So I can't officially say that I have given up junk food for life but I am going to TRY to watch what I eat. It is a daunting task but I am so worth it.
