    Thank you for your honesty, and taking time to blog! I've done every crash diet there is. No carbs, no meat, no wheat you name it I've tried it. I feel this is the only really consistent way! emoticon

    Great vlog, Em! For my cardio I walk, dance (to in the living room) and hula hoop. I have no fitness machines and no money for a gym membership either. I'm down 71 lbs.

Oh yeah, and I got up and alternated between walking and running as I watched your 18 minute long vlog. :)
