Well I threw a fit and got an appointment with my surgeon yesterday. They put me on a steroid to get the inflamation down and upped my muscle relaxer. If I am still having spams Monday then I go in for a MRI again. Most importantly I am feeling better mentally. This really really got to me this time. I am looking into even more holistic studies to help since traditional medical ways are not working. I just need to get moving again! I do feel a little better today. The "non-spams" times are less painful so I am able to relax when I'm not having the spasms. Hope this means I am on the road to recovery!

    Hope it helps. I'm not one for going the prescription route either. I popped a rib out last week and the chiropractor couldn't do it for me, just too sore so went to my naturopath. He is a chiropractor too and did it very gently, also massaged the muscle and cartilage back, gave me Traumeel pills and lotion and a supplement to lower the inflammation. I have to say, after 3 days doing everything, I am feeling better. Every day it is getting better.
