Ok so I started getting serious about getting these lbs off last week! I am regaining strength after surgeries and some illness, so here is what I have been up to, I lost 2 lbs this week!
1...Got rid of all junk foods, and sweet stuff
2.. Planned my menus every day, made sure I had healthy snacks in place
3..Purchased lean meat, fish, chicken, bought lots of fresh veggies and fruit
4..Drank 8-10 glasses of water daily
5..Got in 30 min exercise or more daily ( I will add to this as I grow stronger!
6..Came into Spark and interacted with the people that give me so much encouragement and support...love you gals!
I know we keep hearing the same things over and over, but it is what works, I find when I start returning back to my old ways, the weight also returns, so this plan works, and I am aiming for 2-5 lbs for this month, I have 2 off so 3 more to go!
