So, I had a bit of a binge last night and it was not just on strawberries. I think it all started when we have a cookout at work and I ate a hot dog and brat (no buns) and some cheetios. I got off schedule and I think that threw me. Did not eat my greek yogurt and berries for snack but ate a Lara bar instead.
So I got home and had a couple of my blue corn with flax seed tortilla chips. I can usually eat 3 and then I am good. Well, not last night. The 3 did not do the trick so I had some of my husbands chips before supper (about 2 servings). At least supper was baked cod with baby carrots but that too did not do the trick. So for dessert I had 2, count them 2 small bowls of sugar loaded ice cream, gasp..... That did the trick. It felt like one of the bottomless pit days and I cannot remember when the last time I had one of those (thanks Aunt Flow!!!)
Am I going to beat myself up over this especially when I did not workout that day, NOPE!!!!!! Do I feel the need to workout today, a little. Might just go for a walk after work. One smallish binge should not cause an issue especially when I don't even know how to lose anything in the first place.
Now the bigger test is in 2 weeks when we go out to Colorado to visit my sister in law. I WILL be stopping at a grocery store so we can at least make breakfast and some dinners at her place (she loves my healthy cooking). Going to plan out a bunch of good food for snacks.
