I am a pretty good nutrition tracker.
When I am really on the ball, I will track my whole day (or at least my Breakfast & Lunch)
before I even eat it.
This is helpful, because today I tracked that I'd eat a wheat bagel & peanut butter for breakfast.
I didn't like the way those numbers looked (yikes!) so I switched out with an egg & cheese wrap.
180 calories vs what would have been 539!
Way to dodge a bullet....!
& Now I can have a fruit salad this afternoon with my lunch for still less calories.
