Day 3 of staying on juice, green smoothies, raw food WOL
i have thoughts of ...am I on track for super health, energy.....or on a fad thing that will in the long run will have some sort of negative effect on my health.
In other words I'm questioning my self.
Would like to see some long term results. 3 weeks ago I was down to 164 but then went on an icecream binge ... now back to 174.
Don't know what triggered the craving but that is the secret of being at peace with this program. I have to remain "craving free"
When i go on a mini binge it's like I lose my mind....i don't think of alternatives....i just don't think.

I think we all question whether starting something new like this is the right thing to do. That's one reason why I decided to try the diet I'm on for just ten days. I'm not ready to make a lifetime commitment to it but I want to know if it really does work. The way I see it, this can't be any more unhealthy for me than some of the other things I've done to my body (including letting myself get so far out of control).

As far as the ice cream goes, have you ever tried making a mock sorbet. Keep our favorite soft fruit cut up in the freezer and when the craving hits put some in the blender. Once it gets all finely chopped up add a few tablespoons on plain or vanilla yogurt to make it creamy. Its one of my favorite treats.

Good luck and hang in there.
