i appreciated respones to last blog. It helps to know others have eaten green, raw for years and are healthy and with a healthy weight!!
Day 3 of staying on juice, green smoothies, raw food WOL
i have thoughts of ...am I on track for super health, energy.....or on a fad thing that will in the long run will have some sort of negative effect on my health.
In other words I'm questioning my self.
Would like to see some long term results. 3 weeks ago I was down to 164 but then went on an icecream binge ... now back to 174.
Don't know what triggered the craving but that is the secret of being at peace with this program. I have to remain "craving free"
When i go on a mini binge it's like I lose my mind....i don't think of alternatives....i just don't think.
