Guys, let me share with you about this. So far I always try to loose weight with a wrong way and wrong motivation for the worst. Usually I try to become slim for: guys (oh please yes I did this a lot), looks good on a part/ event.
Guess what, every time the motivation is gone, for example is break up or the party is over then I ate more than ever. I have problem with emotional eating, yes sweets 'are' my healer (please God help me to get rid off this habit). Again I repeat this over and over.
I'm tired of this, now I keep telling myself, you are your one and only motivation. Do this for yourself! Ffiuhh, if you have the same experience, look yourself in the mirror and say, you can do this, you r your motivation!
