This week was bad, food and exercise wise.
My boyfriend left on Tuesday afternoon to go canoeing with a friend of his. I couldn't go due to work... of which I did a lot of this week. Very early in the morning. Like 5am early.
So my schedule got all out of whack. I did not exercise once the week. I also did not eat correctly.
I did my first attempt to correct that today. I started to record my food intake today, and HOPEFULLY I will go on a run tomorrow! But I'm going to have to repeat my week of training for the half marathon! Good thing I started it early!!
