I had a request for a KICK 5, made me feel so good I started a new one up! We haven't done these in several months because everyone seemed to have lost interest! Summer is here now, so maybe some will jump back on the KICK 5 band wagon and let's KICK!!

I am excited to be re-starting these joint ventures, as they really do help! I was doing GREAT on this plan.....we go for a month at a time...eating healthy.... (within calorie range), drinking lots of water, being more active..., adding more activities as we build up more stamina....tracking does help also! Posting daily is a good habit to get into because it helps us stay focused!! Also, I found it is very helpful to pick at least one BUDDY to stay in close contact with. Most of us don't have time to be in contact with a whole lot...tho if you have a special pal...when you have time.... it is AWESOME to visit others pages to give encouragement and support!!
Here we go..KICKERS...let's get serious, not all up in a diet frenzy.....(I don't even use that D word!!)
Just a calm planned program with determined ambition, tenacity, motivation, and patience to stick to it!!
NOTE: If there is some interested SPARKERS here I will also start up the SPARKMAILS that I use to send out every so often, for encouragement and progress reports!!
