I've been taking a summer tues and thurs aerobics class at my school for the first summer session because I needed a one credit and more importantly I needed a kickstart to a healthy habit again. I joined a weight loss challenge through my local Zumba class and felt it was the right time to join spark again to log my food and get support. Plus I had more time. I shared my recent 2 week weight loss with my instructor and all she did was give me a half smile!!!
I did NOT want to go today. I've been working out 4 days a week and was really feeling my Zumba workout from the night before. I guess if you don't feel like supporting your students with their challenges then why even teach? She could have been having a bad day but it just brought me WAY DOWN today. Trying to shake it off.
Time for lunch!
