Rainy days...

Thursday, June 14, 2012

Today is a rainy day...I don't like it. But there is nothing I can do about it. I am babysitting two extra kids today and would love to be outside with them, but we are stuck in the house. The nice thing is, they would rather be playing than watching tv. I will take it and go with it...that means I have time to do things too!

My plans for today include to drink my water...I haven't been doing that as well as I should. If I want to lose the weight, I need to fill my munching need with the water my body wants. I know this, now I just need to do it. I also need to get my workout in. My hubby came home and I didn't do the last two days...not good of me. I am following the bodyrock challenge, and since they give two days rest, I will go back and know that I already took those days off. I need to do ZWOW #6 today. It is 10 minutes worth of everything I have...since I was able to do 40 minutes the other day, 10 should be no problem!

Now that I have that written down, I better go and get is time to make changes and make me healthier!!!

Make it a good day everyone!!

I love that last statement "Make it a good day". Because it's so true! The attitude that we CHOOSE to take on in approaching our day makes such a huge difference!

Your positivity and determination totally inspires me =D And with 2 extra kiddos today and you're STILL Gonna get those 10 minutes in! You're a warrior!!! =D

And TRUST ME when I say I can sympathize with the rain thing! I live in seattle so it rains here.. ohhh... roughly 9 months out of the year? =D Luckily though a lot of those rainy days are mostly a constant sprinkle, but that's still enough to soak ya if you're out in it for a couple of hours! hehe!

Have a great day!!! Keep up the awesome work! =D
