I did it again i forgot to record last week so i had to cimbine again. Life just get so busy on my end. W ell Last week i ended up gain 2.2 pounds i gone back up above my first big goal that is so
but i had alot of stress and i am a stress eaterand i ate so it is my fault.
this week i stayed the same i didnt gain or lose but that good that i didnt gain anymore but i have gotten my self back on track and not letting the stress get to me. if it does need to find something else to do other than eat
