Today is the first day of my BL team's summer challenge. We are supposed to write a blog stating our goals for the challenge (10 weeks) and how we will achieve them.
Goal by the end of the 10 week challenge:
Lose at least 10 pounds.
How I will do it:
Keep my calories below 2000 every single day.
Keep my calories below 1600 at least 4 days a week.
Exercise of some sort 5-7 days a week.
Now I just have to do it. I'm going to do it this time. I'm sick and tired of being fat. I hate putting on my summer clothes and barely being able to zip up the shorts or look at myself in a mirror without cringing. I'm going to do this. Anyone can lose 10 pounds, right? Right. Here I go.
