    People love you Angel don't you know that? And I think you got people interested in this eating more to weigh less. I joined the team and I kinda get it. A pound a week????Well, sometimes I don't lose that for a few weeks. Thank you for this vlog. Love you my friend. emoticon

    Thank You SO Much! Like you said when you first posted about this, I was a little confused. I still am a little but if I watch this enough, I should figure it out. I'm a show me kind of learner, not a tell me or read about it learner. Keep us posted on if changing those settings work. You are awesome!
Also, I totally watch your vlogs, I don't always comment but I watch and learn. Love em! You look gorgeous by the way!

And on a personal note, I've been watching your blogs, I may not comment but I watch and i have to say that you have changed SO much since the first blog. It's in your face. It's much slimmer. That's a weird compliment but it's the one part of your body we consistently see. you are doing an awesome job Angel. keep it going!

Glad you are working it.! I have always eaten my BMR and it works for me. Glad you are seeing the results.

    Great info!! Way to go on the loss :) I do better when I eat closer to my BMR, too. Right now sparks guidelines are right in line with what my BMR and TDEE would have me shoot for. You have some great info in there. You are looking beautiful in this vid!
