    Thank You SO Much! Like you said when you first posted about this, I was a little confused. I still am a little but if I watch this enough, I should figure it out. I'm a show me kind of learner, not a tell me or read about it learner. Keep us posted on if changing those settings work. You are awesome!

And on a personal note, I've been watching your blogs, I may not comment but I watch and i have to say that you have changed SO much since the first blog. It's in your face. It's much slimmer.     Great info!! Way to go on the loss :) I do better when I eat closer to my BMR, too. Right now sparks guidelines are right in line with what my BMR and TDEE would have me shoot for. You have some great info in there. You are looking beautiful in this vid!
