My Sweet Tooth isn't such a bad influence right?!
I have zero energy and I grab a couple of twirlers instead of taking a walk outside.
I'm trying to stay away from high fructose corn syrup.
I forget how many calories ice cream really has until AFTER I log in my calories.
I split an ICEE with my BF when my body is actually thirsty for WATER.
I'm trying to loose the fat.. DUH!
I eat a few hershey's kisses while watching mindless TV.
I'm ready to make a positive change and leave my indulgences to once a month.. not once or twice a day!!
